Crosby Ladies Football Club was established in 2017. It consists of 3 ladies teams, with something for everyone. The First Team play in the County League. There is a section for seniors, including mums, returning players and beginners, and we also have a Youth Team which is specifically for 16 and 17 year olds. The team is managed by Frankie Meadows and assisted by Von Parker-Sheridan. The Club Captain is Abbie Weaver and the Vice Captain is Dawn Flynn.

With an undefeated start to the season, as well as some serious injuries unfortunately sustained, Crosby Ladies First Team are raring to go after the postponement last week when Storm Brian had a lot to answer for. They will face Pilkington Ladies at home on Sunday 29th October for a 2pm kick off. Sunday 21st January 2018
Today the Senior Team of mums, returning players, and over 30's played their first match against Crossfield Senior Ladies. The conditions were brutal, and the pitch heavy, but with a great turnout and lots of support the ladies gave a brilliant performance and drew the game 3-3. The team are now looking forward to travelling to their first tournament for Senior Teams which will be held on 24th February in Llandudno. Exciting times for the club... The top of table clash with Tranmere on Wednesday evening had everyone on tenterhooks, and ended in a draw, leaving the race for the title open and dependent on the next few results from the top 3, who all meet within the next 7 days! Watch this space! Meanwhile, the Cup Final is due to be played at the end of this month, by which time we should know if Crosby Ladies may have sneaked the double in their first team playing together as a club! The attitude of the girls and management has been amazing despite injuries and a series of game cancellations. The work ethic has never stopped being displayed which is evident through their results!
Also, thanks to the hard work of the committee, under the guidance of Manager Frankie Meadows, the senior team have a 6 aside competition to look forward to, as well as at least two 11 a side games coming up. A consistent turnout at training (in all weathers) and a fantastic array of volunteers for the various jobs, and loyal supporters has meant this team has continued to be as strong as ever, and should attack the coming fixture with the same enthusiasm they have shown so far.
We are so pleased to welcome new sponsors Lady Green Garden Centre to the club. We are eagerly awaiting our fancy new kit!
